Job Description

  1. Support the planning and execution of Organization Development (OD) programs to enhance organizational effectiveness and ensure alignment of structure, processes, and corporate culture with business strategies.

  2. Conduct organizational analysis, including organizational diagnosis, structural mapping, job evaluation, and identification of improvement areas to support corporate transformation.

  3. Develop and implement culture management initiatives and internalize corporate values to strengthen employee engagement and performance culture.

  4. Support the implementation of change management programs in organizational transformation projects, including change communication, stakeholder management, and monitoring change adoption.

  5. Manage organizational capability building programs through training, workshops, and OD interventions based on business needs.

  6. Design and monitor Employee Engagement Surveys, Organizational Health Index (OHI), and action plans for workplace environment improvement.

  7. Prepare reports and strategic data-driven recommendations regarding organizational effectiveness, work culture, and sustainable development programs.

  8. Support continuous improvement within Human Capital (HC) systems by refining organizational processes, policies, and agile work practices.

Requirements

Education Bachelor’s Degree (S1) majoring in:

  1. Psychology

  2. Human Resource Management

  3. Business Administration / Management

  4. Industrial Engineering or other relevant disciplines.

Work Experience Minimum 1 year of experience in:

  1. Organization Development (OD)

  2. Culture & Engagement Programs

  3. Change Management or HR Transformation Projects

  4. Experience in manufacturing, heavy industries, or project-based organizations is highly preferred.

Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of OD frameworks and tools, including:

  1. Organizational diagnosis and design

  2. Competency framework development

  3. Business Process Mapping (BPM)

Solid knowledge of culture management and employee engagement initiatives, such as:

  1. Values internalization programs

  2. Engagement surveys and action planning

  3. Culture measurement/metrics

Additional Qualifications

  1. Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter, etc.) is a distinct advantage.
